Your role:

- Owns the Assets within the Quad. Is responsible for optimizing the performance of the Assets in the most cost effective manner
- Owns the Asset Reliability, Asset Availability and Outage Management Work Processes in the Quad
- Drives the methodologies (Criticality, RCA, RCM, PPM)
- Identifies and communicates operating unit goals with respect to health, safety, and environmental concerns, unit operations, and technical opportunities
- Prioritizes and owns unit maintenance plan based on budget
- Develops maintenance planning based on priority and resource availability including preventive maintenance

Your responsibilities:

- Regarding to the OE processes responsible for all job related steps within the work processes
- Maintenance plans development and budget owner
- Responsible for identifying, planning and executing projects at SF&S plant (P&E owner)
- Actively work with operations and Quad to analyze and understand production
needs and create asset opportunities to meet those needs

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of:
- Critical thinker, motivated, driven and a team player. Capable of engage the team towards operational/maintenance excellence
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement, provide support in the resolution of technical issues and champion EHS and Quality across the site
- Strategic maintenance vision developer & planner with execution power

We are looking for:

- 10 years of working experience, preferably within a maintenance reliability environment
- Reliability Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree
- Proficiency in English and preferably Dutch
- Strategic thinker and strong believer in processes, focused on equipment and shop floor
